Before you attempt to install or purchase the SaaS, kindly ensure that your server fulfills the following requirements.

• Log into your WordPress dashboard
• Navigate to Plugins > Add New
• Click on the "Upload Plugin" button and select meeek-saas.zip
• Click Install Now
• Click Activate

Customize your Link in Bio experience by replacing our default logo with your own brand logo. This feature allows you to maintain a consistent brand identity throughout the user journey. Here's how you can do it:

Logo (Custom Branding)

Customize your Link in Bio experience by replacing our default logo with your own brand logo. By default the logo is present in different locations of the live pages and also on the builder. The logo can be replaced from the Settings Panel - Whitelabel fields

1. Whitelabel Name: Your custom brand name (used to replaced the Meeek brand name)
2. Whitelabel Logo (Light Version): Your custom logo (white/light version) - (used to replaced the Meeek brand logo)
3. Whitelabel Logo (Dark Version): Your custom logo (dark version) - (used to replaced the Meeek brand logo)

Help Resources

The builder has some videos, tutorials or other references to our website (Meeek documentation or YouTube channel). To change all these texts, videos or tutorial links with your own brand resources, you have to copy this hook, add it on your child theme -> functions.php and replace the links or texts. Links and texts like this can now be replaced with custom links/content:

Builder

Starting with version 1.4.5, we replaced the "meeek-builder" from the structure of the builder page with "bio-link-builder". This way there is no reference to our brand name.

Meeek SaaS supports free and/or paid accounts with different levels of benefits. Depending on your business model, you might need the following diagram in order to understand the logic behind the SaaS.

Meeek SaaS can be used with any WordPress theme. However we do recommend the optimised and light-weight dedicated theme - Meeek Theme. We do provide the theme for free for those who purchases an extedend license.

Fullscreen User Dashboard

We introduced a whole new user dashboard, with an improved UX and new UI elements. The main changes are:

1. Sidebar navigation that can be toggled to have more space for the Bio links builder.
2. Moved the Logout link on the bottom of the sidebar navigation.
3. Removed unused sidebar links.
4. New Quick Links for an enhanced user experience on the SaaS.
5. Statistics for pages, pageviews and account benefits.

To get the new fullscreen user dashboard style you have to use the Meeek Theme. Make sure to upgrade your Meeek Theme to version 2.0. *To get the Meeek SaaS theme you have to unlock it here

Redesigned Login/Register pages

Starting with Meeek SaaS v2.0 and Meeek theme v2.0 a brand new login & register page was introduced.

To get the new login/register style you have to use the Meeek Theme. Make sure to upgrade your Meeek Theme to version 2.0. *To get the Meeek SaaS theme you have to unlock it here

Meeek SaaS also contain the pricing component. The SaaS can bundle unlimited types/number of pricing packages and the features/benefits are configurable for every single pricing package.

Create Packages:

The first step is to go to your WooCommerce Products Dashboard. The current packages can be filtered by using the "Filter by product type" dropdown:

To add a new product/package use the Add new button:

The required details of a Subscription product are: Title, Price, Photo, Catalog visibility, Product Type and the Pricing Plan tab.

*Catalog Visibility is recommended in case you also have an active webshop and don't want to list the product packages along with your other products. The products will only be listed on the pricing panel/shortcode.

* The Validity field can be left as is it or set for example a number of days (30). When the package ends, the user benefits from the package will be blocked until a renewal payment.

Each Pricing package can contain one or more (or all) benefits from the list. Carefully build and set the pricing of your packages. You can also create FREE product pricing packages for testing purpose (Trial).

Meeek SaaS is based on WooCommerce. A popular e-commerce platform, offers several payment methods that you can integrate into your online store. Here are some of the common payment methods supported by WooCommerce:

Expired Plans

When a plan expires and no active subscription or order exists, some limitations will be applied to the pages created by the page owner.

The limitations only applies no one of these two sitations are met:

1. No Paid Plan active (no active order)
2. Free Accounts option is disabled.

Starting with version 1.5, a new option has been introduced in the Settings Panel, to update the info notice (from the previous screen capture).

Pricing tables: Custom designs

In version 2.0 we introduced a new option to let you have your pricing tables styled as you want. First of all, enable the option from the Settings panel:

How does this work?

1. Create your custom pricing table with Elementor in a page you want (you have to put the content, benefits, prices manually)
2. Save the page and copy the link
3. Go to Settings -> Enable the "Custom Pricing Page?" option -> Paste the link on the "Custom Pricing Page Link" field
4. Instead of the built-in pricing tables, users will see a section to "Purchase a plan on our Pricing page"
5. Users will be redirected to your custom pricing page.

With Meeek, you can create +8 variations of buttons. From simple to complex (thumbnails, custom colors, icons, labels and more).

The Buttons can be simply added by using the "Add New Link" button.

The PayPal link can be:

Phone Button

Maybe the most important element from a bio links page: The Phone number. The phone number on a website serves several important purposes and can contribute significantly to a business or organization's overall success. Here are some key reasons why the phone number is important on a website: Direct communication, Trust and credibility, Customer support, Convenience and accessibility, Local presence, Lead generation and sales and more.

WhatsApp Button

The WhatsApp option is placed on the Phone element under the shape of a checkbox, called "Is this a WhatsApp Number?". When this option is checked, the frontend button will be automatically styled (WhatsApp Style) and also will contain the right link for the WhatsApp communication.

Insert a vCard QR can be made from the More Element Types panel:.

Customize all the fields to generate a fresh new and modern vCard QR that can be scanned by any smartphone.

Insert a custom content ready dropdown between your bio page links.

Insert a list of blog articles (from the website). The articles are only created by the website authors. If you don't have an website author user role, you can only select the articles created by other users. In order to have articles created on the website, you should contact the website admin and ask to get access to write posts on the website.

Open the search field and type in an article name (Min. 3 characters are required in order to generate results).

Frontend: Articles will be included in a dropdown list with: Featured image, title, Read More button & Link.

Insert a list of woocommerce products (from the website). The products are only created by the website shop managers.

Selling Products on the platform: Website admins should choose a marketplace plugin such as Dokan/WCFM to enable vendor registration. Vendors will be able to sell their products on the website and also include their created products on the bio links page.

Open the search field and type in a product name (Min. 3 characters are required in order to generate results).

Frontend: Products will be included in a dropdown list with: Featured image, title, price, Buy Now button & Link.

The configuration is pretty simple. Paste any shortcode on the textarea field and it will be listed insite or outside an accordion/Toggle (by also using the 'Outside Toggle' option).

Meeek SaaS contains 8 different button styles that can be used on any of the custom templates. The button styles will be applied on the normal link buttons. The other element types have their own pre-made style.

Supported Options

Not all the link styles supports all the options (button labels, background image or other options). (We do this to keep the UX/UX ideas of the link styles - not all the button styles are meant to have all the options). To clarify this we've created a compatibility table below:.

Meeek SaaS provides 8 different pre-made page skins (templates). The skins can be imported by using the 'Start from a template' button. If you want to see a video tutorial click here to skip reading.

The 'Start from a template' button will open a popup containing all the available skin templates from your purchased plan. If your plan doesn't contain any templates, then the skin templates will be unavailable for you and in this case you should upgrade your plan.

Custom Templates

Starting with Meeek SaaS v1.3, we've introduced Custom Templates. Custom Templates are a way to provide more creativity for your clients by adding unlimited number of created templates on the import popup.

How to add custom templates?

1. Build some bio link pages as you wish. These will be used (by choice) by users when starting new bio link pages from a template.

2. Administrator's Only: Go to Meeek Bio Links -> Settings -> Custom Import Templates option.

By default there will be a 'Template 1' to be used to insert the first template. Toggle by using the dropdown icon:

Click the Search icon to toggle the search popup (of existing bio links pages). Then search for a bio link page and select it.

The Bio Link Page field will be automatically filled (DO not edit it manually) and also upload a photo.

When creating a new bio link page, clients will see the new custom template at the end of the premade templates list.

The Social Icon Links are a set of links grouped in a more optimized and user friendly way (easier to recognize).

An import key element from a bio links page is the Profile Biography section. This includes: User Avatar (profile picture), Name and Text biography. All these along with other options can be changed from the Profile tab:

Meeek SaaS takes SEO into consideration. We've introduced some core features in the first release and more options are on our roadmap.

Meeek SaaS is getting better and better with multiple analytics and metrics types.

Google Analytics

Any bio link page holder can setup Google Analytics tag to track their traffic and clicks. To create a Google Analytics property and get the tag ID please follow this tutorial:

Chart Analytics

Starting with version 1.4, we've introduced Pageviews Metrics (Analytics) for the past 30 days. This is just the first step as we'll introduce more data and insights such as: visitors, sources, all time views, months comparisons and more.

5. How to get the payments module and the free theme included on the Extended License?

First of all get the item purchase code (from your CodeCanyon downloads section) and then go to Meeek Extended Downloader page, enter your Envato Username and the item purchase key and download your files.

6. How to create Pricing Packages?

Install WooCommerce, Add a new product (Pricing Plan type) and follow this tutorial/video.

7. How to enable the Verified Badge for my clients?

Starting with v1.5 we've introduced KYC - Know your customer addon addon documentation.

To get the addon you have to own an extended license, go to the https://modeltheme.com/meeek-saas-payments/, use your Envato Username and Your Meeek SaaS license code to download the addon. If your username and license matches the purchase information, you will be able to see the downloads page:

8. I get 404 error when opening a bio links page. How to solve this?

If you are getting any 404 error when accessing a bio links page, all you have to do is go to Settings - Permalinks and SAVE the settings panel.
